Bardzo słoneczny, przestronny i ciepły (zimą) apartament. Pełne wyposażenie kuchni (ekspres przelewowy, mikrofalówka, piekarnik), telewizja z pakietem kablówki, sympatyczny i kontaktowy właściciel. Parking na miejscu. Fajne przejście od tyłu budynku prawie od razu na deptak - przez malownicze schody. Niedaleko stacji kolejowej trójmiejskiej skmki.
