"Great building and neighbourhood."

We fell in love with the stone building. The property was in a quiet and peaceful location. Close to Kotor and and to a couple of great restaurants. Friendly host.

+ Points: Location, villa's design, teras, garden, host.

- Points: There are no mosquito nets at windows and there are many mosquitos. Mosquito repellent sprays are useful but not good enough as a solution.

Ivana is a great host, very friendly and helpful. The location and the garden are just beautiful. House is clean and modern. Overall just a great experience.

In front of the sea. Peaceful and quiet area. Nice local restaurants close to the house. Private deck you can use to sunbath and swim.

No window and view from bedroom. A bit far from Kotor city center. There is a narrow road which is not easy to reach to the center with car. The sea was not very nice same as the rest of Kotor. Budva’s sea is way better.

For us, the location was perfect - close enough for easy access to Kotor, but away from the cruise ship crowds. It is a lovely old heritage House. We especially loved the terrace out front. Hosts were great.
