"Extremely disappointing"

Looked smart at first sight. Plenty of space.

Missing - or broken - shelves in the wardrobes. Dishwasher didn’t work. Security - locks on patio doors broken. Not enough cutlery. Broken cupboard door in kitchen. Floor edgings and skirting broken. Heating repeatedly jumped up to 82c. Cracks in bathroom, broken window hinge. Drawers that wouldn’t open/close properly. Missing smoke alarms. Bare wires hanging out of garage wall. I have photos to show re all the above and believe compensation is due!! This was NOT what I expected for nearly £2500.

The location and the house was spacious. My family has smokers so it was nice to be able to smoke on the back porch. This was a huge plus for us.

The water wasn’t very hot. Instructions on how to lock the sliding glass door should be posted.

Very clean and well decorated. The pool was absolutely beautiful and so much fun to swim around in. The master bathroom was my personal favorite part of the house

Everything at the property was clean and comfortable. The game room was very nice with a variety of activities with necessary equipment. The pool was clean and the whole area was mosquito free. Nice clean neighborhood with well maintained lawns.

There was a case of old bottles outside the screen between the door and trash can. Makes that particular area look unattractive. Some window treatments (blinds) need repair or updating. The sliding door did have a lock but could be made more secure with a removable security bar/pole to prevent the door from opening if the lock is defeated. A very inexpensive fix to make guest feel more secure.
