Troon Arts & Crafts Period Home Golf Beach

The location was the main reason for selecting this flat. We really liked the period features and the space in the rooms as well as the quirky layout. Plenty of good quality towels too.

The kitchen was a bit small for the size of the flat, but not a major issue. Some of the decor, especially in the kitchen was a bit tired and some of the curtains were missing their rail hooks. The Internet was a bit slow, and provision of washing up materials and waste bags could have been better. I had thought there might have been a courtesy supply of tea, coffee, sugar and milk, but we had to buy these. I have stayed at four other cottages in Ayrshire and Dumfries in the last two years and all four provided such items as well as some goodies such as biscuits and crisps.

Homely, spacious and comfortable. Short walk to lovely beach.

Beautiful house with plenty of room for families, would definitely visit again.

All of the facilities were fantastic.

Lovely apartment , large enough for big family good location for beach and train station. Good communication with host. Few minor issues which were rectified quickly. ( travel cot/ hot water) Very good customer service. Would recommend and also would stay again.

Nothing i didn't like. I have some mobility issues, so the stairs up to the apartment were a slight issue, but these were mentioned. Just want to give a heads-up to others. Overall, I was very happy with the stay. As were my family.

The property was lovely and spacious, clean, tidy and had everything we need for a comfortable stay and only a 5 min walk to the beach. Highly recommend!!! 5 ⭐️

Stayed in a beautifully clean and spacious property, comfy throughout with plenty of beds, big tidy bathrooms, and everything we needed. Quality bedding and towels made it feel like a home away from home. Perfectly set up for comfort and ease. Close to the beach too!
