La calefacción no funcionó y pasamos un poco de frio

Sowohl Strand als auch Unterkunft waren unvergesslich schön. Wir haben noch nie so einen schönen, feinen, weißen Strand erlebt. Leider war es nachts recht kalt und wir konnte die Bubble nicht erwärmen. Ansonsten sehr cooles Erlebnis.

Super Lage direkt am Strand. Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Sehr gutes Essen und tolle Drinks im Beach Club.

Einzigartige Unterkunft direkt am wunderschönen Strand und unter dem Sternenhimmel zu schlafen ist wirklich besonders. Die Mitarbeitenden waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Dadurch dass das Bubble Tent aufgeblasen wird und kontinuierlich mit einem Luftstrom stabilisiert werden muss, läuft das Gebläse dauerhaft und gibt entsprechende Geräusche ab. Das ist nicht schlimm, ist nur ggf. wichtig zu wissen, wenn man einen leichten Schlaf hat. Es gibt lediglich einen Mitarbeiter, der Englisch spricht.

The bathroom facilities are basic (I know it’s glamping) but for $250 a night I would expect a bit more comfort. Shower - very tight . Long time (10+ mins) for hot water to come through. WC - very tight. Right up against the shower panel. Noisy in the bubble due to fan (pressurising the bubble?? The property doesn’t do breakfast. Lots of ants

Being able to stay so close to the ocean was the best part. The bubbles are interesting. Everything worked as it should.

Wish we could have heard the waves, but the AC needs to stay on, and the compressor for the bubble needs to operate, or the bubble will deflate. We were only there for one night, so didn't get a chance to eat at their restaurant. The place next door had good food. There are a good amount of lights on the property (maybe have them on motion sensors?) that did limit being able to see the stars from the bubble.

Do NOT book this place!!! This is the only time that a hotel has actually been PAINFUL - This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. They do not state in the description that this room is heavily pressurized (to the point that it's like you're scuba diving) to make the room shaped that way, making it a HORRIBLY PAINFUL for my ears. I had immediately expressed to them that I have an ear issue connected to my chronic illness and they refused to give me even a dime back. Just to make matters worse, the bathroom is filled with mold - SO GROSS! They had told me to ask them when I needed a taxi, and obviously upon arrival I immediately had no choice but to leave because my ears hurt so badly in the room, so I asked for them a car. They were reading my WhatsApp messages and just not answering me which made me feel trapped and scared - it felt like they were refusing to let me leave and didn't care about my situation at all. I had tried many times to talk with them about the situation and offering me a refund because my health was not okay on their premises, and they ignored me completely. Just to add to it- they were completely rude when I expressed my health issues and just said "you have to pay for the room anyway". I called, messaged, emailed, and booking.com even reached out to them on my behalf and they haven't responded. It is SICK for a hotel to not care about people whose bodies work differently - it is their responsibility to share this information, and to take responsibility for it if they did not. This was a horrible experience - DO NOT BOOK!
