Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend Unfortunately, our stay was not what we had hoped for. The room was very dated, with visible pipes sticking out of the floor and a bathroom that looked worn and stained. The kitchenette was poorly stocked – many of the utensils you’d expect were missing, and even the cups were chipped. The patio doors were another frustration; they were difficult to open and often got stuck, making it a hassle to get outside. Most disappointing was the sofa bed – it was so uncomfortable that my son ended up sleeping with me instead. The walk up and down the hill is tough in summer heat and taxis now charge €8. The positives… lovely hillside position with fruit trees all around and chickens roaming. Poolside also very nice. The sunset from the balcony was lovely to see every day. Overall, the property needs serious updates and maintenance. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to others. The things important to me are the beds, which were uncomfortable, and the amenities, which were old, tired and not adequately stocked. For €1k for a week I don’t think I got my monies worth.

Nice hill side location with fabulous views. Each of the apartment blocks are spread out, surrounded by trees. Nice pool area. Air con in room. Large rooms and nice sized balcony. A safe was provided at no extra cost. Late check out time (12pm) Nice big sized Kettle. The fridge was nice and cold with freezer section at the top which was really useful.

The apartments are below standard. The photos of the apartments are misleading. They are old with substandard facilities and it was disappointing. Especially as the pool area makes the place seem modern and like it’s been recently renovated. Pipes have been cut off above floor level in each room and just left. The wiring behind the cooker was dreadful with bare live wires. Luckily it’s hidden but just not safe or appropriate in an apartment complex in 2025! A grubby shower curtain hung above the bath. The shower was old with a set height head, the head kept twisting which poured water on the floor if the grubby shower curtain wasn’t pinned to the wall. The toilet bowl was heavily stained. All furniture was old, damaged, stained and just needs replacing. Curtains were thread bare. The sliding patio doors onto the balcony were difficult to shut and lock. Simply a bad design. The sofa bed was so thin and uncomfortable my son had to sleep with me. No can opener, no sharp knife, no small pan or frying pan. Just a massive crock pot type pan. All 3 mugs were chipped. The whole place needs some investment. It doesn’t need to be posh or 5 star, but the very least needs some simple updating and a proper inventory of kitchen utensils. Overall very disappointing considering I spent a thousand GBP for a week and I don’t feel I got my monies worth.

Stayed here for a week in July and absolutely loved it! Yes it’s up a hill but didn’t bother us especially with a taxi rank at the bottom to take you home at night if you can’t deal with the walk. Pool and bar area are amazing and the grounds are really well kept! The views make the walk up the hill worth it! Staff all pleasant and food and drink decent. Air con included as is room safe. Rooms are basic but we were never in it enough for it to bother us.would definitely visit again.

Booked a last minute mini break in May and it was fab. A spacious comfortable and clean apartment with great views. Clean pool with comfy beds. Lovely bar with kind staff. Great location, a bit of a hill but easy to walk up. Third visit to Kefalonia and this was the best accommodation by far - will return for sure

The cleaners did an amazing job and are the only reason that this stay was amicable.

The bar is so overpriced, the main staff members and they know who they are, are just terrible. A shame really. This place used to be great.

We stayed in a very sub-standard apartment on the edge of the complex. Kitchen area extremely poor quality, old 2ring hob, stained sink no drainer, 3 chipped cups, dirty cutlery, old stained fridge. Bathroom in need of replacement, broken shower fitment, half a mirror , pipes sticking out of floor. Sofa bed very uncomfortable, holes in sheets, hole in curtain. Etc etc

Stayed in July 2025. The room was very basic—just about what you'd expect for a budget stay. The shower was tiny and cramped, but the air conditioning worked well, which was definitely a plus in the summer heat. On arrival, staff showed us to our room, which involved climbing quite a few steps. Unfortunately, there was no offer to help with luggage, which was disappointing—especially since my partner is 62 and found the climb tiring. The pool area is the highlight of the hotel. It’s clean, with excellent sunbeds and stunning views over the area. However, the pool bar was by far the most expensive we came across in all of Kefalonia—€7 for a single beer felt excessive. Be aware: the hotel sits atop a very steep hill, so the walk up from the main strip in Lassi is quite a workout—definitely not ideal for anyone with mobility issues. Overall, an okay stay if you're after a good pool and views, but with some definite trade-offs in comfort and service.

Room's are basic. pool/pool bar is great and food is lovely! View is amazing,sun loungers are also excellent.plenty of room by the pool and not overcrowded staff very friendly and very welcoming! Rooms cleaned every other day .the hill is great going down and there's a taxi rank which cost €7 for the return! Amazing restaurants across lassi never had a bad meal .butlers is my personal recommendation pre book near the back to watch the sunset 🌇 taxis into argostoli is recommended also €10 each way and stroll around the square you won't be disappointed if your there earlier b4 10 the harbour is busy with people catching a glimpse of the loggerheads turtle .A trip to assos and fiskardo and caves is also recommended at around €40 per person! 1st visitor will definitely be back .hope this helps any1

Lovely spacious room, very clean. Nice gardens and pool area. Food was good.

It was up a hill, alright going down but hard work going up in the heat. Had to get taxis every day.The drinks were overpriced .
