The breakfast, the pool and the whole old design

The hotel was good. If you travel by car, it is excellent as it sits right on the road which allows easy access to Veria and all the highways. Clean rooms, very friendly stuff, amazing pool. The sound isolation was wonderful. I would say, this is the quietest hotel I've ever been to. Thick walls between the rooms and the hallway, so there was no unwanted noise. Gorgeous view from the windows.

The breakfast was the same every morning. I would love to have seen more variety from day to day. Also, there was something wrong with the AC in our room and we couldn't regulate the temperature properly, so it was cold when it was on. Other than that, a solid choice!

Pool

The hotel is nice, very clean.The room was big enough, there was a balcony and parking space.It is on the ring road.We chose it for a tranzit night so it was ok.The best part is the pool which is the largest I have seen, with a beautiful view.The food was also very good.I wanted to taste the traditional cake and not only they gave it to me, even if it was not on the menu, but it was complimentary.The staff was helpful and smiling and ready to make your stay as pleasant as they could.

The hotel and especially the pool are beautiful. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Everything was easy. Drinks and food are generally very good

The coffee? I didn't love the coffee but I loved everything else

Room was a good size.

Swimming pool closed may 22-25. Bar clouded on Saturday night. Hotel swamped with bus parties who are not even staying there. We could not get a table in the restaurant and we’re forced to go to Lidl next door to buy food which we ate on our room terrace.

Good location, comfortable rooms with terrace, good breakfast buffet, friendly staff.

The hotel is a bit outdated for a 4 star hotel.
