Excellent location in the centre of Ancona so you could walk every where and to the ferry. Extremely clean. A good room and bathroom with lots of towels and hot water.

There were a lot of WhatsApp messages before our arrival and a lot of rules and regulations. I began to think the owner must have had some issues with previous guests. We got to the front door and it wasn't obvious how to proceed. We never met the host though I assume he was in the building as he opened the front door remotely. I think a B&B should have some kind of face to face welcome, but it didn't happen here. Having CCTV in the breakfast room is not a welcoming feature ( though I couldn't actually spot it). Some of these aspects kind of made me laugh - the owner was a sort of hidden wizard of Oz!

The hosts were extremely nice and helpful. They shared recommendations for restaurants and places to go. The location is perfect, near great restaurants and nice walks. It's right in a shopping street with gorgeous stores. Highly recommended.

Posizione centrale, bella zona. Stanza molto pulita, ordinata e letto comodissimo. E' sicuramente un posto di cui i proprietari si prendono cura!

Personalmente preferisco incontrare chi mi ospita, all'arrivo. La colazione è buona, unico suggerimento è inserire anche il miele nella scelta

Die Lage mitten in der Fußgängerzone ist sehr angenehm. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich, obwohl wir den Hausherren nicht gesehen haben, aber der WhatsApp Kontakt mit all seinen Tipps und Erklärungen war echt gut. Alles absolut sauber, großes Badezimmer mit einer sehr großen Dusche, italienisches Frühstück mit viel Süßem.

Wurst und Käse zum Frühstück muss für 5,- € pro Person und Nacht hinzugebucht werden. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind katastrophal. Parken in nahegelegenen Parkhäusern kostet 22,- bzw. 23,- € pro Nacht. Das Gepäck muss durch die Fußgängerzone angeschleppt werden.

Posizione ottima. Camera molto confortevole e, importantissimo per la zona, ben insonorizzata. Host molto gentili ed efficienti.

Offerta della colazione comunque buona, ma, per i nostri gusti, migliorabile con più prodotti freschi.
