Tia Du Villa Homestay

the property is charming, the bedroom has a large window overlooking a beautiful garden with flowering trees that is tended to daily by the owner. There is seating in the garden with a great view.

there was nothing we didn’t like, we have stayed at a lot of lovely hotels during our stay but this was the nicest place so far. we had our privacy and felt totally comfortable. The owner is kind and helpful and we were able to rent scooters and get advice during our stay.

Love the quiet ambience n mountain scenery. Tiu, the housekeeper was extremely helpful with our transport, food n emergency help we needed. Rooms are clean n comfortable n the home environment is great for relaxation

Food choices are limited due to its location but it's only a Grab ride away. More breakfast choices will be great

The location was perfect for a place like Dalat. It was situated a little far away from the city market but reachable within 5 minutes.

I would say there was nothing that I didn't like

We booked the attic room - it was bright, clean and tastefully furnished. The bed was comfortable. Amenities (water bottles, toilet rolls, new towels, soap, etc.) will be replenished if you ask. The views from the garden and our attic room were fantastic! There are big bushes if rosemary around the garden and balconies, which helped a bit with the mozzy issue. Bikes and helmets are available for rent. Besides the ensuite rooms, Tia Du has a quirky wooden house separated from the main building as an option for big groups travelling together (photos included in this review). Toilet can use a couple of more lights. Walls are thin so noises from other rooms and living area downstairs can be a bit of a problem. The BBQ oven wasn’t very inviting as it was small and a bit hard to access.

If you travel to Da Lat & need a place to call “second home” then you have to look no further. Tia Du Villa Homestay with several types of rooms is good to accommodate from a solo traveller to as big as a group of 10 people. Talk to the 2 housekeeper ladies, they are from Can Tho but truly love this highland city.

I have stay here for 5 days and it's almost perfect for me. The host really friendly and support me well. The quality of the house is pretty good. Except for one thing that i did not like, it's not private and noisy. The door of the room is not completely prevent the sound from outside of the room. I was sleeping after a long day of sightseeing and 2 men were talking out loud at the guest room. It's made me wake up and i had to ask them to speak it smaller.
