Good comfortable , cozy place

The loft itself was nice, perfect location for us personally as we visited our family who lived just a few minutes away, that's why we rented it. 25 min walk from the city centre

One morning there was no heating and no hot water to be able to shower. We found dirty dishes in the dishwasher upon arrival and you could hear noice from next door apartments as walls are so thin. But what really ruined our experience was arriving to the apartment for our second stay at 9pm, entering using supposingly our personal door code and finding a naked couple on the couch!... absolutely disgusting.... We had to find a hotel in the city centre instead, the good thing was that the owner was easy to reach and he compensated the price difference and taxi. The explanation we were given was that the other couple forgot to check out, which did not make any sense as after people check out you must get it cleaned and only then send a new code for the door? And we got the code at 9.30 am that day... so doesn't make any sense. Such shame that this had to happen. Do not recommended staying there, cannot be trusted

Amazing location, right outside there’s a bus stop (bus comes every 5-10 min), brand new furniture, authenric view with the Prisikėlimo church on the horizon. There’s everything for cooking, towels, etc.

A/C: there’s no a/c. Windows are on the Eastern side, in summer it might be pretty hot (visited on warm spring days) Home scent: it was great, but sligthly too much of it for a sensitive person :) Shower: there were some problems with the shower. Sometime there was no hot or cold water (we pressume it is somehow related to flushing the toilet / using the sink). Anyway, we were able to take shower after we ran some water from the sink tap. A HDMI cable on the TV would be amazing ;)
