Beautiful room, very comfortable, hot shower, very nice crew... In other words : amazing :-)

Very helpful staff who did a lot for us! Rooms are quite simple but comfortable enough and the view from the rooftop is great. Reasonable price.

Only little things like no hooks in the bathroom or low shower pressure. The room door leads straight onto the balcony so it was a bit chilly at night when it was windy but they do provide extra blankets.

Amazing choice for travelers in budget. Super comfortable. The owner is very professional & polite. Highly recommended.

I loved staying here at Varah Square. The family running it is very hospitable, kind, generous, and accommodating. There are 3 or 4 flights of stairs so be prepared for that. The terrace at the top offered a beautiful view of the valley. The location was perfect and close to everything. The place was very clean, I was impressed with the cleanliness. They were able to offer me another blanket when I was cold and the room came equipped with everything else I needed. It was a very nice switch up after being in a hostel.

This has been my favorite stay so far. Rahul, the host, is especially friendly, helped me with everything I asked for and gave me a lot of tips and recommendations. Great host and nice guy! The food is delicious, the family is very helpful and nice and the rooms are peaceful and comfortable. The guest house is right in front of the lake and overall very central, so it's easy to reach everything. The yoga sessions are great and not expensive. Definitely recommend the Varah Square Guest House. It was near perfect experience! Thanks again to the hosts and family!

Can't really think of anything negative worth of mentioning.

The location is great, it is in a narrow lane but close to major attractions. The view from the property is amazing, I could see the hills from right outside my room and the lake from the rooftop. The place is clean and the hosts are lovely people. Food is cheap and they offer plenty of services like laundry at reasonable prices.

The entrance is not fit even for a 5feet guy. I am 6’4 and have to go to hotel by walking on my knees. Steps were too steep. No water given. Food was not the best part. Bed covers also not changed during course of stay, they got dirty quick.
