Residency is well located with lots of facilities nearby like shops, pharmacy, restaurants, fast foods, temple, etc. It's opposite a big hospital. Staff are nice people and helpful. Hot water and WiFi are available. TV is there but no channels.

Room and bathroom are small. Toilet seat cover is of poor quality and condition, moves when you sit on it. Toilet is too close to the wall and not appropriate for "big" persons.Walls are dirty and there are long cracks on the ceiling. Water pressure is low daily and a few times taps run dry in the morning. Those who look for a peaceful and quiet night should be aware that some clients watch tv, sing and talk so loudly, practise karaoke after midnight till early morning that your sleep is completely disturbed especially during weekends. Two days back we had a bad experience where people were moving upstairs and downstairs and through the corridor, shouting "room service "and knocking at a door several times from 1am to 4am. The hotel management needs to look seriously the security of its clients during their stay.
