"In this price range it's not worth"

Location & outside garden well maintained

Bathroom is not properly cleaned I didn't get the hot water evening & morning also The mattresses keep separating while sleeping, which makes it uncomfortable In this price range it's not worth Iam a regular visitor in edens,last every 4 years, first time I'm notise this

Loved the resort, designed so well in between the greens, nature lovers will definitely will love this place. Very peaceful stay, enjoyed the pool and stay. I would highly recommend this resort If you want to enjoy a stay in nature must visit place

I'm writing this review now Because after this Munnar trip, we have had multiple trips in multiple places by staying in resorts. Even now I'm writing this review in a different resort from a different tourist place. That's how I realised how much good it was at Eden Resorts and its wonderful service and the staffs where very helpful iam not sure his name i think he is the front office manager he very helpful he explained everything about there property and Hope to visit Edens Resort when we plan Munnar again.

Wonderful location, with the feel of being right in the middle of the jungle. 5-10 minutes to Anachal by auto which has a range of food and restaurant options, as well as 20-30 minutes to Munnar Town by auto. Staff were extremely helpful and overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast was good, there were not many options to choose but the listed items were tasty. The resort is situated on a hil top so its better to come by SUV or Compact SUV-type vehicles. small vehicles will struggle in steep curves and slippery roads

"Its very worst experience"

Booking time we are mentioned couples stay but they merged 2 nos single bed its very uncomfortable & informed management but there is no action 1. Powers are triping nearly 6 to 7 times per day 2. Hot waters are not working 2 times informed management no one didn't take action 3. Complimentary foods are not mention in my booking they double check after they invite for breakfast final time they collect money for all 4. Location : booking . Com mention 8km down town but munnar is very far why lie with people and waste our times its nearly 25km its took 45 mins 5. Don't say 3 star hotel please
