Cuarto limpio

Cafetería cerrada a las 8:30am porque no había llegado la que tenía la llave. Poco personal o ninguno en las áreas. Aclas 7:30pm completamente decierto el Hotel. Nadie en el Front Desk, nadie contestó el teléfono. Me iba de madrugada el domingo y quería gacer el check out la noche antes. Nada de seguridad. Cualquiera puede enttar a las facilidades. Todo está expuesto a cualquiera de las áreas, hasta la entrada de los cuartos con poca iluminación. Realmente decepcionada totalmente y no creo que lo recomiende y no vuelvo a pagar una estadía en ese lugar!!

Staff were very nice. Except for the owner/ manager who was very unpleasant and dismissive.

Deluxe Room was spacious and clean but lacking basic needs: no fridge, no coffee maker, no full size mirror. Windows could not be open...only the door let fresh air in , but then anybody walking by in the corridor could look inside. NO RESTAURANT AFTER 4PM. NO BREAKFAST/COFFEE IN THE HOTEL. AT 9 AM NEXT DOOR COFFEE SHOP OPENED. PAID $19 FOR 1 COFFE AND 1 BOWL OF FRUIT YOUGURT!!! 1.The hotel HAD NO PERSONNEL ON SITE FROM 6PM TILL NEXT MORNING 9AM. NO SECURITY WHATSOEVER.

I love the Pool aérea

The stay, in terms of cleanliness and the room as shown in the photos, was excellent. However, the fire alarm was sounding intermittently every second from 8:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., and no one showed up or called back, even though we left a message on the answering machine that played when we called. The television lost sound and, although it wasn’t the main priority, we were never able to hear anything from it. Constructively, I suggest there be better communication or clearer instructions in the room for these kinds of situations.

Hotel felt understaffed at all times. I was sold on it being a really lively place, but it was always quiet and empty. Staff was always just filling in for someone else. Lots of delicious food and drink options. The rooms and pool area were very nice. Some outdoor spaces felt unfinished however.

Everything, all services great!
