Bucegi View 39 - Colina Marei

The apartment was very spacious and very clean, perfect for us as we have a little child. It was also very quiet and the bed was incredibly comfortable! We loved the balcony with the gorgeous view of the mountains, although not suitable for little children as the railing was very short and easy to climb. We appreciated the coffee machine and complementary coffee, it made our stay much nicer as we are coffee lovers! Overall, the apartment is a very good value for the price and made our stay comfortable and pleasant.

We received only two rolls of extremely thin toilet paper and two trash bags upon arrival, which was clearly not enough for 5 days. We asked to receive more, but the cleaning ladies never brought them. The owner offered us a late checkout to compensate for this, which we appreciated. The location is pretty remote and you definitely need a car to reach the center of Sinaia, but this was not an issue for us at all. But if you expect to be able to walk to the center, keep in mind that it's difficult/not possible. The apartment building has no playground, which is sad and surprising, as there are a lot of kids living there and enough room to make one. Also, the location does not have a dishwasher or a microwave, which is a huge minus nowadays. We knew about the dishwasher, but we're very surprised that there is not microwave!
