דירה מרווחת, נוחה, נקיה, מעוצבת, מתוחזקת היטב. קומת קרקע שזה נוח ושקטה. יש מגרש חניה גדול שמשרת את כל הבניין. הוראות הכניסה היו ברורות. אם עומדים מול הבניין זאת הכניסה הכי ימנית.
