The location was good and the grounds were perfect for us as we had a dog with us. The hosts were very welcoming and polite. The shepards hut was a little snug for the 3 of us (2 adults plus a dog), but it did work for us as we were only there a few nights. We enjoyed sitting and relaxing with the views around. It was very tranquil and relaxing.

The roads leading to the property were challenging. A little notice would have been preferable as it was by chance we were in an appropriate vehicle, otherwise we would have been able to get to the property. Not being provided with soap in the bathroom was disappointing. Also, it would have been nice to have some tea/coffee and sugar available. Having the other hut empty was much better for us as the dog had space to run. However, if there was someone in the other hut, there would not have been much privacy.

We have left the Kerswell Huts with many impressions, beautiful nature, wonderful people, lovely animals especially many cute dogs, as Bear. Nicola and Graham, you are just wonderful,- thank you for your incredible hospitality, for your unbelievable kindness,- which made our stay an unforgettable experience. The location was beautiful and so quiet, a great place to get away, relax and enjoy the surroundings. The hut itself is very cozy and we enjoyed staying there. Graham and Nichola were so helpful and friendly. We would definitely come back again.
