Locația era în zona centrală a orașului....

Căldura în garsonieră a lăsat de dorit.... după intervenția noastră, proprietarul a mai adus o aerotermă care aceasta și-a făcut treaba în camera de zi, dar în baie și bucătărie tot rece era....

Locație centrala, curat.

Nu exista parcare, decat pe strada foarte aglomerata, daca ai sansa sa gasesti. Camera mica ,apa la dus nu are presiune deloc, termostatul centralei este blocat la 21 de grade, nu se poate regla, pat mic, saltea incomoda.
