"Good for short stays"

Distance to city centre, good rate between price and quality, you have dryer, shampoo, towels

There was some mold on the wall near the bed, no ventilation in the bathroom.

"This location has a lot of potential. It only needs better heating and humidity management."

- location (very close to Old Center);

- a lot of mold on a wall near the bed. This affected our sleep quality heavily. The owner left a dehumidifier there but it wasn't enough since the bathroom had no ventilation and the mold was right next to the bed. - the heating system wasn't working properly. The owner said that the thermostat was set to maintain a temperature of 22°C but the heating was starting when the temperature was dropping at a much lower value (19°C).
