Le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins et toujours prêt à aider, c’est très appréciable. La chambre est grande, l’eau chaude arrive immédiatement et l’hôtel est situé dans un endroit très calme, idéal pour bien se reposer. Je recommande vivement cet établissement.

Acqua calda raramente disponibile, quasi sempre malfunzionante. No riscaldamento in camera. Finestre rotte. Abbiamo dovuto mandare 4 messaggi diversi per capire come avere degli asciugamani, come aprire la nostra camera, come recuperare le valigie lasciategli in custodia. Prese elettriche che si smontano, interruttore luce nascosto dietro la TV. Sembra di avere i vicini di stanza in camera con te. Ambiente rumoroso. Ritardo di 2h per il check-in la mattina presto nonostante i messaggi di accordo col gestore, siamo dovuti andare in un bar per non patire il freddo nell'attesa nella hall...che era più fredda che l'esterno.

I cannot describe the lack of professionalism and work ethic displayed by this hotel! We had everything planned to spend a few wonderful days in Cusco, and at the very last minute we were informed that our room would not be ready due to an electrical problem. We were told that everything would be resolved the following day. Up to that point, that was understandable, but the solution they offered was a room that did not meet even the most basic standards, which we immediately refused. We arranged another hotel for one night, hoping the issue would be resolved by the next morning. However, at checkout time, and without having received any update from the hotel, we had to take the initiative and ask whether we would have a room for the following nights. We were then informed that they would not be able to accommodate us at all. Fortunately, our new hotel had availability; otherwise, the inconvenience would have been much greater. As if that were not enough, Nature Home Cusco later contacted me and offered a taxi to the airport as compensation for the disruption. We gladly accepted and thanked them for the gesture. To our surprise, at the agreed time—4:30 a.m.—there was no taxi waiting for us. We waited 20 minutes and eventually decided to call an Uber. After contacting the hotel to ask about the missing taxi, we still have not received any response. This is what I consider the worst side of tourism: the ultimate example of a lack of professionalism, responsibility, and respect for guests. I have never experienced anything like this before!

The staff were so good! They let us check in very early, the location is perfect in a quiet street out of the chaos and the price is great!

Showers are a bit hit and miss for hot water but at the worst they are still warm.

Me parece que está en un lugar centrado y comercial, es bonita la zona y no se ve peligroso. Las personas del lugar son muy amables

En el baño la ducha caliente no era constante, hubo veces que nos tocó bañarnos con agua fría porque no salia la caliente y pues en cuzco que es bastante frío en la madrugada es complicado, adicional pensé que harían cambio de toallas teniendo en cuenta que estuvimos 5 días
