酒店经理告诉我，他们的客房因受到大雨侵蚀，不能按预订时间给我们提供住宿，我表示了疑义之后，经理给了我们接送机的服务作为补偿，而且安排得很好，司机师傅非常守时，服务也很周到，所以我依然要为这间酒店点赞和好评！

Great location in San Blas and very comfortable stay, especially the bed! We can’t speak more highly of the staff who were so accommodating when I fell ill the morning we were meant to check out. They were very generous allowing us to stay well beyond check out time while I received medical attention.

My only recommendation would be to provide heaters in the room as it can get quite chilly.
