Good location, many bedrooms, new bathrooms

The house was dirty, the dishwasher was full of dishes, the kitchen was very worn and poorly equipped. The garden was overgrown and could not be used.

The property management company was quick to respond to maintenance issues.

The house has not been well kept and is in shabby condition with multiple maintenance issues. The kitchen was filthy and didn't have enough cooking implements, dishes or supplies to prepare basic meals.
