The fact that I was with an infant crying outside and they don't pick up their calls? The fact that they said a night before they will provide how we are going to get the keys and the next day they don't pick up the calls? I have trusted booking.com until this experience but places like this bring a bad name to you and to be honest I am not sure I will use booking.com after because you should not get involved with host like this. You know that I have send them a message with the distress they have caused and they don't even bother to say sorry?
