Our check-in experience was extremely frustrating. Despite trying to contact the host for essential check-in details, there was no response until late evening. Communication was unclear, and we had to call multiple times and use WhatsApp to finally get lockbox information. The lack of prompt and clear instructions at the designated check-in time was unacceptable. The situation took a distressing turn the next day when an elderly lady, later claimed to be the owner's mother, entered our apartment without consent. Despite informing her we were sleeping, she intrusively assessed the premises, checking even the temperature dial, violating our privacy as she was telling us in Romanian that she is the owner. Threatening to call the police prompted a defensive response from the owner, telling us that "if we didn't like it we can leave". Upon police intervention, which we called, the owner's mother lied about being unaware of our presence, despite previously holding towels and knocking on our door. The police advised contacting Booking customer support, which we were already in the process of doing but without action on their side. Subsequently, the owner insisted we leave immediately, accusing us of breaking rules for calling the police and not allowing his mother entry. This entire ordeal, coupled with false statements to the police, created an unsettling and unacceptable stay. The owner then proceeded to report our reservation as a no show with booking.com, where we spent a couple of hours ensuring it was re opened to actual status, given it was cancelled on his side and we were clearly there, so we could proceed with the appropriate review. Caution to future guests: AVOID at all costs! There are numerous other options in the old city center with real hosts who understand how to deal with people and tourism, and not random people who are just lucky enough to own an extra house. It's not worth the risk!

Only one chair? If you offer kitchen facilities we have to eat that food. And in your facilities are included oven and dishwasher. They are not at all there.. And in the bathroom under the wood(seem) table on the shower it must be made some cleaning. Long black hair was there so, some more accurate cleaning it's necessary.

Stay at your own risk! The place is filthy and looks like a dungeon. Sheets were dirty, towels looks like rags, mop and broom in the shower! Very noisy refrigerator. Washing mashine was broken, at least that's what we're told by the lady host, not to touch the mashine! I made a reservation for 4 nights but I stayed only one night until I could find a better place. Staff very slow to respond.
