Super friendly host. The spacious room with a complimentary snacks, drinks and water that was really nice. Room is not super modern, but it was clean and really good for this price. Parking at the street, but it plenty of place.

Very clean and the proprietor was very obliging as I arrived late. The room was basic and clean, all that I required. I did not have breakfast but there was a continental breakfast available.

Parking and check in were very easy. It is very affordable for north of Italy and it's close to the city center by car. Hosts were very professional and kind. There were fridge and the washing machine in the room. You get exactly what you see, and there's really nothing to complain about if you are aware of what's waiting for you. We had no negative experiences.

The room looked outdated and it would benefit from the renovation. On the other end it was good enough for a quick overnight stay, or maybe a 2-3 nights stay. I believe the price is corrected for these inconveniences.
