Benvenuti Apartments

Very clean and nice place to stay for couple of nights.

The only problem is that when we arrived the water heating system was turned off and we noticed it only at the evening so had to wait for the whole night to take a shower. So it would be a good practice for the owner to turn it before guests arrive

I love the hallway flooring details and the lighting. In the apartment I loved the furnitures and the color of the walls. The apartment is very cozy and gives you the relaxed feeling . The room temperature was perfect set up not to cold or not to warm .

I didn't like that there was no towels in the bathroom and I needed to call customer service desk to check on the towels .

The room was a clear. Thats all

There are a lots of thing to say it. First of all i cant reach the owner on whatsapp after pay price. Even i didint see owner. he always send some guy who owner called "guy". im gonna tell what happened to me. I arrived on Friday. And the "Guy" said me i have to pay cash. I didint know that but i told them i will pay tomorrow. Until pay the owner, sent me a thousend message on whatsapp and i can feel he forced me to pay it early time. the thing is i will stay on Monday. But after paid he disappeared. When i was asking something to owner, he didint answer me. Another thing is the room was really small, if i compare with picture on booking site. I dont recommened this room. Im not sorry.
