Old Town Apartment

Very spacious and well maintained flat. It’s very very central and very easily accessible from the airport

The second room has 2 single beds put together and one of them, it’s front legs collapsed without anyone on it. The second bedroom needs a new bed Rooms also need curtains to keep the light out in very early morning hours 😅

The apartment is located in the beautiful old town of Riga and you can get everywhere easily and visit by foot. The apartment is spacious and provides the main things you need to feel good. The landlord was very kind and gave us the opportunity to checkin earlier and to checkout later - we appreciated that a lot.

For our taste it was a little bit to cold and there were no possibilities (at least we did not found any) to turn up the heating (but fortunately there were enough blankets).

The best part is the location, right in the center of Riga. The access to the apartment was easy, and the apartment was clean.

More attention on the part of the owner would be good, like providing the Wifi in advance or the bedding.

Excellent location and really very nice house for two, but I would also say three people. Very well finished, with all possible comforts and modern in its architecture. Very easy check in and check out all done independently.

Few things, but I will list them. First of all, I recommend curtains in the rooms as light (and privacy) require better sleep and above all better privacy having, in a room, practically facing a building - windows from where they could see everything. I recommend, if it were possible, to improve the wi-fi inside the house which does not reach the upper floor at all (or almost). If, incredibly, it were possible, I recommend creating a bathroom upstairs, even a very small one, to facilitate every need of those who live upstairs (perhaps using the space - closet created for the wardrobe (I don't know if it's possible, but it would be a great what, so as to avoid the stairs for urgent needs and not only). Furthermore, insert a shower cabin in the only existing bathroom as it is really complicated to be able to wash and not wet practically everything around in the beautiful bathroom that is present in the house .

Location is excellent - very central, but still quiet to sleep at night. The apartment is new and stylish and has all amenities. The owners were friendly, helpful and doing their best to exceed our expectations.

A kettle for boiling some water for tea would be a plus. As well, as a coffee capsules and tea set for arrival refreshment. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

The apartment is very spacious, clean and cosy, beds are comfy, location is perfect! Music coming from the oldtown was turned off 11p.m. sharp, so we could rest well.
