La ubicación, las camas eran muy cómodas y una calle tranquila

La entrada era a las 16:00, y tuvimos q esperar porque no estaba listo, aunque nos dejaron dejar las maletas y media hora más tarde pudimos disponer de la casa

1. The Car Park is two streets away. 2. As the road of the apartment was temporarily closed due to road works, was difficult coming round to unload luggage. 3. Much difficulty opening the Street door. Every time took a few minutes fiddling with the key to open the door. 4. No washing machine. A common shared one is on the ground floor, but did not have the key. When we called the host, she had to check with client and reverted back late. Was told that the street key will open this door, but we could not. Finally gave up on washing.

Very bad communication - unclear instructions for check in and no responses when asked for clarification. Location is ok, 15min walking from the main square, but apartment can be very noisy with a construction work right next to the street.

Pour récupérer les clés. Les explications ne sont pas claires .surtout que la clé de l' appartement accroche dans la serrure.ce qui nous a fait croire que nous n'étions pas au bon endroit

Llegamos y la llave del parking estaba equivocada, no había agua caliente a primera hora de la mañana, nos tuvimos que duchar todos con agua fría, había hormigas, la escobilla del váter llena de agua, la ducha atascada. Y el WhatsApp de contacto era una inteligencia artificial que te hacía perder mucho tiempo. Al salir te piden que saques la basura y no te dicen donde, paseíto con maletas y basura buscando donde tirar.

La proximité des lieux à visiter. À pied on peux tout faire.

Le parking est très loin il faut un taxi pour retourner à l’appartement. Donc un un conseil déposer vos bagages avant d’aller au parking

Apartamento muy bonito, cómodo y con parking privado a una calle de distancia

Los alfrritiones no fueron muy amables. Les pedimos que por favor nos dejarán entrar al apartamento un poco antes de la hora de entrada ya que estabamos a mas de 35° y nos dijeron que no era posible porque no estaba listo. Cosa que no era cierta ya que estuvimos en la puerta esperando desde las 2 de la tarde y ni entro , ni salió nadie. Luego tuvimos un problema con la nevera que dejó de funcionar y no nos contestaron hasta el día siguiente

Das Appartement ist klein aber fein, alles ist modern und die Ausstattung ist für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ausreichend.

Das Appartement liegt in einer sehr enge Straße, schlecht erreichbar mit dem Auto, vor allem weil es eine Baustelle in der Nähe gibt. Die Garage liegt auch woanders, wenn man große Gepäck dabei hat, ist es nicht wirklich optimal. Aber das schlimmste war, dass das Personal einfach nicht erreichbar war! Wir waren uns unsicher wegen des richtigen Parkplatzes und sie haben auf meine Nachrichten und Anrufe einfach nicht reagiert!! Die Kommunikation scheint nur in eine Richtung zu gehen… das wäre für mich ein Punkt zu verbessern. Die Gäste möchten gerne einen Ansprechpartner haben für den Fall, dass irgendetwas mit dem Apartment ist oder etwas unerwartetes passiert.
