Apartments Duje

Fabulous apartment! The host’s communication was exceptional and very helpful. The apartment is even nicer than it looks on the photos. We felt very at home during our stay, very clean with everything we needed. The terrace is such a wonderful bonus, and a real sun trap from late morning in to the afternoon. Yes, there are neighbours close to you, but Varos (the area) is built this way. No one bothers you, and any noise is only from day to day living, and we were there during Easter too! Don’t hesitate to book here, it really is a very pleasant experience. Thank you to the host, you were amazing!

We enjoyed staying in this really good looking apartment because of its clean, well-organised space with all facilities provided to us. The apartment is also situated close to the city center of Split. The host has been really helpful to us for everything we needed.

The apartment has everything you need and want: great location, nice terrace, good shower, comfortable bed, solid wifi and just about every household appliance you can think of. What really stood out is that Petra and her mother are hands down one of the friendliest, communicative and service minded hosts we have ever met! Easy communication through WhatsApp and the app with loads of info. When we asked for a favour, it was literally done within minutes. Perhaps most telling was their first reaction when we told them we accidentally broke some glass, an "are you ok?" (and no fuss later on either). Summarising: yes, we were very ok at the apartment:)!

Minor detail but beware the airconditioning is in the living room so when it's peak summer and you also use the (pretty hard) sofa coach to sleep on, it's a little quest to find a balance in temperature that is pleasant in both rooms.

Definitely extra points for location, washing machine and the hosts, they were the kindest!

You can see they did effort to decorate the flat, however, there was so much stuff it was hard to fit suitcases (we moved the bed and managed though, no big deal). 🙂 Fortunately we found the flat not 100% clean. Found a dirty ear stick, make up brush, hairbrush on the floor that was not ours. The cutlery needed a good rub before using it as well.
