The facility is in a good location

The cleanliness of the facility was disappointing. When we entered the bathroom, there were hairs of the previous guests on the floor, and I wandered around the street for free parking. Also, the facility does not accept credit cards, they require cash for the fee.

The location it was great to go out by foot

It was not well cleaned. They changed the sheets and towels, but the room was not so clean, it has dust all over. I don't know why in 2024 they dont clean good the rooms they offer. I'ts a shame with the location that it has.

The location was good being 5 minutes walk from the City Centre / Old town. Free parking in the area nearby is possible. Room is spacious.

We normally don't write bad reviews, merely positive ones. Unfortunately this accomodation needs a warning to future guests. The room was difficult to find as there were no directions. We had to ask people in the vicinity to contact the owner. The bathroom is a total mess. The sink of the shower was clogged resulting in a flooding of the shower bassin and bathroom floor and a lot of filthy residues from previous guests. The shower head was leaking and the wall connections were not working. There was no bathroom carpet in combination with clogged shower sink resulting in a slip and fall of my husband injuring his hand (luckily not broken...). There were only 2 towels. Upon contacting the owner after the slip and fall he didn't take any effort to create a safe situation of the bathroom. We would never go here again! Unsafe and filthy!

Location was good.

The room looked like it wasn't cleaned at all, only the bed sheets were changed.
