They were doing partiality for the booking done via online platforms. They offered me different room because i booked online.

Overall the hotel is a good one. Rooms are nice and spacious - which is the best part of this hotel especially if you are in for an extended stay. The room felt spacious even after we brought in our big bags as there is ample storage space for bags. Cleanliness and customer service is average. Some rooms don't have a wall separating the rooms in the entry area. The gap is filled with a large closet. As a result there is not enough sound barrier and normal conversations can tend to disturb people in the other room and vice versa. I feel this should be addressed by the hotel but have not seen any traction on this in the last 2 years I stayed here.

Sorry to say but restaurant was not up to the mark as we had a foreign guest with us & it was very uncomfortable for us to take him out of the hotel for food. The AC of the room took almost 10-15 minutes to work efficiently, also the room service was not up to the mark. KINDLY IMPROVE THIS.

Despite the hotel being fully booked, there were only one or two bellboys available, leading to long wait times. The suite we stayed in was not well-maintained—switchboards were broken, the washroom was unclean, and basic amenities like tissue paper were missing, even after multiple requests. Additionally, there was no plug point near the tea/coffee station, making it inconvenient to use. Unfortunately, the food was also subpar. While the hospitality was commendable, the hotel needs significant improvements in maintenance, service efficiency, and dining quality.
Staff were very nice and breakfast was good variety. Hotel is clean just needs modernising. The entrance needs to be more lighted up and welcoming.
