location was good, that was it.

Hotel staff did not inform us that there would be no wifi, no air conditioning and no power for over a day. Also there is no water so shower doesn’t work, no TV, no kettle (as it says in advertisement) and also no apology or compensation when this was brought up at reception. No daily housekeeping or cleaning at all. Cockroaches and mosquitos everywhere. Would not recommend!

Ausblick über den Infinity Pool.

Katastrophaler Zustand von allem. Bspw. Rabenkot im Pool, Bretter des Pooldecks stehen die Schrsiben und Nägel raus. Wirklich alles alt und zerschlissen. Kaputtes Frontfenster mit Klebeband repariert... Die Liste lässt sich beliebig fortsetzen. Auch nichr ersichtlich, im Vordergrund direkt unter dem Pool ist eine Tankstelle. Internet funktioniert nur im Freien, im Zimmer kein Empfang.

All bad

Everywhere it's dirty, the room was stinking, not clean, broken glasses in front of the room, and brooms and cleaning products as if the client has to do the cleaning. I was charge for two days..we didn't even stay two nights. I have provided pictures as proof, but the hotel doesn't want to listen. How can you stay if we are not happy? The lady on the phone was very rude and hung up on me twice. Very disappointed with booking. Most of the hotels are refundable if the clients are unhappy , but not this hotel they make wasy money... not even the service was given but they have changed.

Alles foto's zijn bedrog. schimmel overal, vieze lakes op bed, brand uitbràak in gang, stinkt er, spijkers uit terras zwembad.... Wilden ook de annulatiekost niet tegemoet komen!
