Location was awesome and nice walking area with magnificent view

I didn’t appreciate the service and the shortage of staff compared to the premium price , the room was lacking coffee or tea machine , cleaning service was below average

Breakfast options were poor. Room size and facilities not in line with price paid.

The location was superb.

There was no menu and no proper explanations in either English or German. The host expected us to know what was on the breakfast menu. The Wi-Fi was abysmal. There was no air conditioning or a desk fan, and the room temperature was recorded at 28C. Dinner should have been booked before, while there were no explanations at the time of booking. So it was annoying and unfair for the guest who wanted to stay for a night. The balcony had an excellent view. However, the light was broken, so you could not sit on the terrace for a drink or even enjoy outside, as it was very dark! It was an overrated bed and breakfast rather than a hotel.

Everything was great, beautiful surroundings, cleanliness, they cook well, excellent breakfast, we will come back in a year. I want to add that they have a wide selection of their own products.

A wonderful hotel that fits into a beautiful environment with a lake and mountains. Great service, helpful and professional staff. A wide selection of tasty breakfast made from homemade and fresh ingredients.

What a nice hotel!! Hosts are really nice, friendly and helpful. Place is gorgeous. I liked everything! The view is fantastic, and the place really peaceful. The swimming pool opening hours are the best I ever saw, I let you discover! I totally recommand!
