To use the property's free shuttle from JR Iwamuro Station or JR Yahiko Station, please make a reservation in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Guests can request to stay in a room with free wired internet (subject to availability). Please note that no Japanese-Style Superior Rooms have internet access. If children under 6 years old wish to have meals at the property, a reservation must be made at least 3 days in advance (extra fees apply). Guests arriving after check-in hours must inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please note that the guests who check in after 18:30 may have different dinner menu from other guests. From 1 October 2015, smoking will be prohibited at the entire property.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
