Diese Unterkunft war wie im Märchen. Alles so wie "verwunschen". Wir wurden sehr herzlich von den zwei jungen Männern begrüsst. Wir haben zweimal das Nachtessen in diesem wunderschönen Garten genossen. Es war vielleicht etwas teurer wie sonst, aber es war fein und vor allem der Hauseigene Rotwein war super. Sie haben sich trotz zwei Geburtstagsfester im Restaurant mit viel Arbeit sehr Mühe gegeben. Wir haben die grösste Wohnung gebucht, da es von "booking" gerade ein Schnäppchen gab. Zu diesem Preis gab es nichts zu meckern. Wir duften von anderen Gästen noch eine andere Wohnung ansehen. Alle sind so speziell und schön eingerichtet. Das Frühstücks Buffet von Ada bedient, war auch sehr lecker und ausreichend. Sie hat selber Kuchen gebacken. Am Pool zu "chillen" war auch wunderschön. Sehr ruhig. Man kann gut zu Fuss in die Stadt gehen. Wir würden wiederkommen. Grazie mille 🥰

This is a beautiful property. One can easily see the care and love they have put into building and maintaining it. Our room was wonderful and extremely comfortable and my partner and I really enjoyed some TV downtime on the big screen TV after running around for a week. We slept really well, had the best shower and enjoyed the peace and quiet in this place.

My main issue with this place is the lack of information and a general lack of hospitality. Our check in was chaotic as we were told at noon that reception would be shut from 1 PM to 4PM. There was no information on where to park or where to enter from or any help with the bags. We had to carry our bags from the parking lot as the wheelies don't do well on gravel. Just telling us that we should get our car inside and take our bags out and then park would have been helpful but there was none. We were looking forward to our time at the pool but the pool area looked abandoned and poorly maintained so much so that we tried to clean the pool ourselves till we got tired and gave up. The hotel restaurant had a limited menu and I am sure that they would have accommodated us but it would have been nice to offer and ask. We had looked forward to spend an entire day at the resort but ended up heading to the city for 4-5 hours and returning only when it got dark. Maybe it is my problem that I had high expectations but I don't think it's too much to ask to feel welcomed in a place. After staying at moderate B&Bs in our trip, this was our splurge but I regretted it instantly after the chaotic check in experience and the general lack of hospitality.
