Big apartment with kitchen with everything needed

The keys were located in the shop at the rail station - not so easy. The windows were bad and we felt the wind all night. The heating was not good and it was cold. The isolation is poor

Great location, just a short walk away from the main train station. Despite being so close to the city center, it's nice and quiet at night, so you can get a proper night's sleep. The property was super clean and the amenities were great. Check-in instructions and how to pick up the keys were provided 3 days in advance.

While it was easy to pick up the keys, it would have been nice if they were in a lockbox closer to the apartment.

Very cozy and modern, clean and large. Even better than I expected.

Bathroom was showing wear and tear, shower curtain was filthy.

The apartment was tidy, all equipment was functional, there was plenty of cleaning supplies we could use. Location was great for us and all descriptions received from the host were pretty much explanatory. No problems whatsoever. I can recommend

We could use a bit more utensils in the kitchen (at least one larger pot would be nice). Also was a bit problematic for us that we got only a single key to the apartment but to be fair we did not ask for more prior to our visit. If you plan to travel in a group and wish to be able to enter the place at separate hours best to arrange this beforehand!

+ Instructions via email before and during the trip were comprehensive + The flat was clean + Location is very good (in the city centre) and easily accessible (elevator in the building) + Good jogging/walking possibilities nearby in Lapinlahti/Hietaniemi area

- The bathroom sink was quite clogged - Shower space was very small - There should be better recycling possibilities in the flat because you can (and you should) recycle everything in the courtyard's recycling rooms. It would also encourage visitors to recycle. - The housekeeping should check under the beds and other furniture too because there was quite a lot of dust and previous visitors piece of clothing under the drawer
