Sauna and jacuzzi no where near warm enough

My family and I recently stayed at the Orka World Hotel. When we arrived, we were shown to the annex area located at the back of the hotel. It was about a five-minute walk from the main building, but we did not mind that at all. The room was large and spacious, and we even had our own private pool. The food was excellent, and every evening we were treated to live entertainment, which included live bands, singers, and performances where the children could join in and dance. In the afternoons, there were also dance lessons for adults, which added a fun touch to the day. Overall, our stay was wonderful. The pool facilities were great, the children had a fantastic time, and we all thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Lovely hotel complex, good food and friendly staff. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and good size balcony. We were far away from the main building so the noise never bothered us. There was good evening entertainment suitable for families. A short walk to the water park so we didn't need to rely on the shuttle bus. The park is good fun and nice to have included.

The room was a bit dated, a few things were cracked or broken.. Way too much disposable plastic in the restaurant - plastic cups (no glasses available except from the bar), disposable plates and plastic cutlery for kids, and even water in small plastic containers. Why not just have water dispensers and reusable glasses around? The bars around the hotel frequently ran out of the most basic foods - ayran, lemon and even ground coffee. It was frustrating to not be able to order the most basic drink, or walk to a bar in a different part of the hotel to find it. The swimming pools, while good size, were way too cold to swim in. I understand it's October but I've experienced warmer water in other hotel pools in the area. The hotel is located in a good area if you're after using the facilities/ going to bars in Hisaronu, but a bit too far from the sea (10min taxi ride). If you plan to enjoy the beach every day it might be better to pick a hotel within walking distance.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff great choice of food. Staff in the dining areas are all very hard working.

Cocktails were not good. Water was turned off one day while I was in the shower with shampoo on my head. When my husband went to tell in the reception, they said there were some works going on and advised I could shower I could shower in one they have downstairs. So my manager came to get me. I wrapped myself in a towel and walked through the reception to this shower room. She left me there and guess what no water there either. So had to walk back with shampoo on my head, back to reception to return the key. Asked for bottles of water and they gave me a couple so I could finish washing my hair. For works like this they should have notified us.

Spa was amazing, food was really good, rooms clean, comfortable beds,definitely worth the money, a lot of activity for kids, definitely will be back, loved everything about that hotel,
