"Exceptional"

Incredible views over Simola golf course and Knysna heads in the distance. The sunsets are wow. Beautiful, spotless house situated atop a hill in Simola. By far the best accomodation for a group of friends or a family vacation. The house is so spacious - no matter how many guests everyone can get a little corner of it to themselves. Hosts, the owner and the caretaker were super friendly.

Lisa was such a great touch. The house was beautiful, although it was not really what we saw on the pictures. I loved that they had enough pots, utensils to use as well as the quality of the stuff.

Communication before we got there was very slow. Check out was @ 10 but the cleaning ladies were cleaning over us at 9:30 & we didn’t enjoy eating our breakfast. They should definitely start cleaning at 10:00 & not before while there are still guests inside the house.

Terrible host would not stay again. We booked Collection Luxury Accomodation Simola House but were given the keys to a different villa expecting us not to notice the difference between the villas, host wouldn't admit that its not Collection Luxury Accomodation Simola House until we kept asking him for an explanation, he then proceeded to tell us that the villa that we have booked in being renovated without any notice to us prior our arrival. We agreed with the host to depart the villa that we have been given one day early since we weren't staying in the villa that we booked and he agreed to refund us for the night that we are leaving, still 2 months later no refund recieved.

The house is absolutely stunning,Lisa the housekeeper was such a star! Breathtaking views,tranquility and overall peace of mind

Very little,the weather did try to act up lol
