Terra Pietra Luxury Villas & Suites

Location is a bit far away from the centre - that was perfect for us as we wanted to explore whole island. We were offered a towel and bin bag change once in our 5 night stay. All windows/doors had a net for mosquitos. There is a microwave, oven, dishwasher, iron, washing machine. Down the road there is a yummy bakery.

Pool not heated

Все продуманно до мелочей ,даже щетки зубные с пастой одноразовые,тапочки,посуда на кухне..Виллу нам дали лучше,чем заказывали в плане размера...даже подарили вино с конфетами и кофе чай, кофемашина... стиральная машинка,сушилка ,мангал для пикника...отличный бассейн,двор лежаки стоянка,горы...все все очень великолепно и уютно и чисто....огромные душевые... Вообщем Я бы дала больше ,чем гостиница пять звёзд.. Видно море...

Некчему придраться..

The villa is great. Clean, modern. It’s nice that there was coffee and tea, salt and pepper, stuff in the bathroom like shaving kits and toothbrushes. Also - complementary wine and snacks.

One of the showers leaked all over the bathroom floor, so it was slippery. Also - the pool is not heated, so it’s ice cold. Would be nice to have had some small things like oil or baking paper.

The cleanliness was amazing. Absolutely spotless. Location is nice and quiet away from the road. Host was very responsive and catered to us very well. Even when there was no washing machine, she offered to wash our clothes. The cleaners came in and gave us fresh towels part way through the week too. Well stocked crockery. Lovely welcome pack of wine and local honey. Also an espresso machine with starter pods and two bottles of water in the fridge. Bed is so comfortable.

No oil for cooking. The pool pump and filter is located right in the middle of the terrace area where you want to sit and relax. This was disturbing with noise through the whole day and night. It never went off at night so we had to use earplugs. Also the hot water system is unreliable. It takes an age for the hot water to come through and the shower fluctuates in both temperature and pressure.
