Teils Holzmöbel schlechte qualität. 2 der 3 WC haben Wasser verloren. Am ersten Tag hatten wir nur kaltes Wasser. Chlor im Pool fast zu stark.

The design of the shower room is not very practical, a shower door is needed to stop the water going out into the room.

Wir haben eine größere Unterkunft bekommen als gebucht, was wahrscheinlich an der Verfügbarkeit im Oktober lag - fanden wir trotzdem gut. Privatsphäre und Ruhe hat den Aufenthalten aufgewertet. Die Lage mit nahegelegenen Restaurants, einem Supermarkt und einer Bäckerei (Lardos) wäre als besonders vorteilhaft zu erwähnen.

Der Pool wird nicht beheizt, ein paar Grad mehr im Oktober wären wünschenswert. Im Bad war der Abfluss der Dusche ein wenig undurchlässig und der Überwurf auf dem Wohnzimmersofa nicht der sauberste.

Efficient communication. Easy check in process. Clean room and property. Super value for money. Loved the access to the pool directly from the patio. Friendly staff. Easy parking.

Apparently as other reviews show, the toilet flushing needs maintenance. Kind of a lottery to see if the water stops or not. The apartment is not super soundproof which is not necessarily due to thin walls but rather due to a big gap underneath the main door and the clangorous hallway. Could be an easy fix. Also, the room could need an additional seating area with a small table and two extra chairs as the space would definitely allow it. All in all not a big deal for us. An easy fix to reach a real 10+ rating.

The rooms and the shared pool were very nice and well maintained. The whole villa complex was great as we stayed with other friends who rented villas and suites.

They messed up our booking and was offered our first night stay at another hotel (Olive Tree hotel) nearby. As compensation they did offer us breakfast, lunch and dinner for the whole stay but the quality of the food was shockingly bad so we didn’t go back. The sad reality is we weren’t the only couple to have had the same issue. So it looks like it’s a frequent issue. As much as I liked the main suite we booked, I wouldn’t go back and risk that happening again.

We had the opportunity to stay at both Terra Pietra apartments and Olive Garden Hotel, and both exceeded our expectations. The accommodation was clean, luxurious, and close to the local beach in Lardos (a few minutes by car). 10/10
