La vue de la chambre sur la mer extraordinaire . Le calme et le silence de Juin .

Que l échelle qui descend à la mer a une marche cassée alors il est diificile d y descendre sécuritairement parlant . Je voulais tellement descendre juste là à la mer,,, comme un rêve grec ! . Et aussi attention en juin 2026 il n y avait plus de parasol et chaises longues comme sur la photo de booking démontre . Alors aucune place pour ce détendre juste là à côté de l hôtel . Et à Limeni qui est comme un superbe mirage bleu turquoise incroyablement beau il n y a pas de place confortable pour se relaxer mais juste pour ce baigner . Alors c était un atout que Kourmas avait et qu il malheureuseusement n’ont plus car c était une concession ! A suivre si quelqu un reprendrera …..

The location was excellent for exploring Mani, making it easy to discover the surrounding villages, coastline and landscapes. The bed was very comfortable, the shower had great pressure, and the view from the balcony was truly the highlight of our stay. Waking up to such an incredible view and being able to sit and enjoy it throughout the day made the experience feel very special.

The only areas that could be improved were the breakfast and occasional noise. The breakfast was quite average with limited savoury options and unfortunately the croissant was burnt to a crisp. When we asked if they had a lighter freshly baked croissant, the response was “it needs to be in the oven” which didn’t really answer our question. Of course it needed baking, but not for that long! Nevertheless the breakfast was enough to get us going before heading out somewhere else for a proper breakfast. On one evening there was also a party at the restaurant downstairs that continued until around midnight. This was only on one night however and all other evenings were quiet.

Good location, nice view from the window, overall cleanliness, and a nice bathroom.

The primary reason for this low rating is the significant discrepancy between the listing and the actual conditions. The hotel explicitly lists a "private beach" under its amenities and shows photos of beach infrastructure (sun loungers, umbrellas). Upon arrival, we found that no such setup exists, and the area meant to be the beach was completely unmaintained. Furthermore, the hotel staff informed us on-site that this land does not belong to the property. Since the coastline in this town is rocky, the lack of the promised hotel beach made it entirely impossible to enjoy our vacation. ​Additionally, the condition of the rooms does not match the photos online. The corridor carpet is old, paint is peeling off the walls in some places, and the technical layout is impractical. For instance, the air conditioning is plugged into the socket in a way that makes it impossible to charge a phone by the bed while the AC is running. ​Since a key amenity that led us to book this place was missing, we decided not to stay. It is worth noting that the hotel agreed to waive the charges for the remaining two nights. However, they still charged us €130 for the first night. I do not consider this a fair solution, as we did not stay at the property at all precisely because we were denied the beach access that was the basis of our booking.

Wonderful location, we had a comfortable apartment facing the sea with great views from the terrace. Everything was just perfect. Good breakfast served in their taverna on the ground floor near the sea with local dishes which changed daily. The taverna can be noisy in the evenings. Limeni itself is a lovely spot.

The property was well located, appropriate amenities and access to swimming. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Carpet in the hallway needs to be changed or secured at the least as it was a tripping hazard.

Splendida sistemazione nel cuore di Limeni. Dispone di parcheggi pubblici proprio di fronte alla struttura, in bassa stagione non abbiamo avuto nessuna difficoltà nel trovare posto. La camera ampia e spaziosa disponeva di un terrazzino con vista mare. Abbiamo anche provato il ristorante, dove abbiamo mangiato molto bene. La colazione è ottima, non a buffet, prendetevi del tempo per godervela appieno.

L’unico piccolo aspetto migliorabile è il terrazzino, che avrebbe bisogno di qualche cura e manutenzione in più per essere valorizzato al meglio.

I thought there might be some sunloungers but restaurant only. May have been because of the early season.
