Atitudinea doamnei de la recepție a fost rece și deloc orientată către clienți, in plus, hotelul are anumite restricții care mi s-au părut exagerate și greu de înțeles pentru un loc care ar trebui să ofere flexibilitate oaspeților.

Experiență foarte plăcută. Camera e confortabilă și curată. Mic dejun bogat. Mancare gustoasa! Bucătărie de calitate! Peisajul superb!

Personalul de la Receptie ar putea avea o atitudine mai prietenoasă și mai caldă. Personalul din restaurant e prietenos dar ar putea fi mai instruit . În zona spa ar fi util un duș obișnuit. Dușul emoțional are altă destinație, iar cel din vestiare este destul de departe. În plus, aici se mai acumulează apă pe podea.Risc de alunecare! Varianta înfolierii papucilor nu e practica!
