Outstanding value for money (compared with Valetta!) and surprisingly good base for exploring the other side of the island. We hired bikes, easy cycle to many great sites like Medina, Rabat and ferry to Gozo. The apartment is beautiful, everything you could need and more (even a bath tub to soak those tired legs from cycling!). Lorraine is a lovely host and her shop downstairs couldn't be handier. I've stayed in many places but I must say this was one of the best value I've been in. Highly recommended

Absolutely nothing!

As many prior guest mentioned the apartment has got a good size and is very well equipped. The host Lorraine was very attentive and easy to reach. The location of the flat in terms of exploring the island is good, There is a bus stop close by and many sandy beached can be reached easily and fast.

The apartment is located at the corner of a main street that leads through the town. We struggled with the traffic noise and where surprised by it. Many prior guest recommended the quietness, which we did not find. Closing the windows did not help much. Especially during rush hours (5-7am) we found it disturbing.

Lorraine was kind and helpful in any way you could imagine. The apartment had everything we needed.

There was an unpleasant smell coming from the outside every evening, it was like coming from some animal farm. As we were 6 and we all had to share 1 bathroom it would be nice to have a key, to be able to lock the bathroom door. The traffic can be loud at night.

A Fabulous Apartment. In a Great Location with an excellent host. Lorraine was very Helpful and thoughtful. We arrived by Public Bus which dropped us right outside the door. There is also access to a roof top terrace which was lovely surprise.

Be mindful the apartment is accessed only be stairs, therefore it might not suit everyone

We had the most delightful stay at this apartment! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by its cleanliness and inviting ambiance. The host, Lorraine, was incredibly attentive and accommodating, ensuring that our every need were met throughout the stay.
