2BR Downtown Convention Center Near Attractions

Location was excellent and was within walking distance of all the attractions we wanted to see. Entrance to building was on a quiet street which made luggage and guest transfer safe and convenient. Kitchen was adequately equipped.

Portable room air conditioners are ugly and noisy. The adjacent freeway was constant noise. The combination clothes washer dryer was complicated to use and an entire wash/dry cycle took forever. I suspect the dryer exhaust hose is obstructed.

Great location, rooftop deck was spectacular view of the city. We had good communication with the host.

Beds were very hard. Seattle parking was a challenge and very expensive as we expected.

Considering the poor quality of the building we didn’t hear neighbours. In fact saw very few people there.

The apartment and building was very rundown, with cheap fixes.

The apartment was excellent. An easy walk downhill to the waterfront but uphill on the way back! Close to a grocery store and convenience store, both on Pike St. Clear and detailed instructions on how to get in the apartment. Lots of towels provided in the two bathrooms and washing capsules for the washer/dryer which worked well and very useful. The kitchen even included sugar and other condimentdls which was helpful. Hosts were very responsive to any queries. There is a remote for the fan/ light in the double room and lots of Aircon fans throughout the apartment. We loved our stay there, can recommend. If not driving, get the Link train from the airport to Westlake, exit 1a then an uphill walk or Uber. No taxi available at the exit. Easy to get to/from the airport.

We struggled to open the door to exit the apartment. The hosts were very helpful when contacted and were willing to come out to help, responding quickly. The black knob needs to be turned to the right then pull sharply on the door handle as very tight but then does open. Handle works pushed up or down. My disabled sister could not open it as no strength in her hand so could not have stayed there on her own.

The place was super clean and the space decorated like in a magazine. The host stayed in communication to make sure all our needs were met. Id definitely stay here again. Every instruction was clear and simple. Plus I loved that the location was central to many activities. The price was appropriate and all amenities available.

I wouldn’t change anything. It truly met all our needs.
