2BR Downtown Convention Center Near Attractions

Good location, good views. Secure building. Response time from host. Comfortable beds.

There was a water leak from the washing machine which puddled one of the bathrooms. But the property guy came and we agreed he’d fix it after we left the next morning.

Rafael was very quick to reply and friendly. He made sure to tell us where the local store was, met us on time, called and replied to texts quickly.

The pull out couch was not comfortable and not good for two adults especially for the price we paid. I would not have stayed for two nights. Towels were too old and need to be replaced. The lobby attendants were not very helpful when we asked about local places

Very nice apartment conveniently located and well equipped. The host is very nice and helpful. Communication was great.

Spacious. Nicely decorated.

Did not like having to wait for the manager to come and bring us the keys to access the apartment. Why not have a key box or let us know the code to get in? The air-conditioning is just a unit with pipes out of the window making it noisy and you can’t close the window fully. The whole building is a bit grim and not in a particularly nice area.

We had a great time staying here in Seattle for a convention, an added benefit was that it was right next to the convention centre! Rafael was kind enough to let us check in earlier than 3pm, and we didn't have to wait long after our arrival. The apartment was clean and comfortable, inexpensive to stay as a group

The single beds in the second bedroom weren't so comfortable. We had repair works happening during one of the days when we stayed which made it difficult to organize our day.

Nicolas and Rafael are very nice persons. They have given me a lot of respect and support. So it’s a pleasure place to have meeting in Seattle.
