Pleasant Hill Resort - Munnar

A PERFECT STAY WITH UNMATCHED HOSPITALITY I had an absolutely delightful stay at this resort. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The highlight was undoubtedly the large balcony that offered breathtaking views of the serene hills. The compound was beautifully landscaped, featuring vibrant flowers, cozy benches, and a playground for children. There is a fully equipped gym for the fitness enthusiasts. They even offer a complimentary biking facility, which was a pleasant surprise. The swimming pool was super clean, easily one of the cleanest I've encountered in my many travels. Dining at the restaurant was a treat, with delicious food that catered to our spice preferences perfectly. My Dutch partner particularly appreciated this thoughtful touch. The staff were always smiling, respectful, and courteous, making us feel right at home. The owners were present around the premises and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. When I returned from a day of sightseeing with inflammated feet, they kindly provided ice packs and pain balms. The resort also features a cozy campfire, a charming small animal farm, and a stage with lighting for entertainment. It's conveniently located within driving distance to major sightseeing destinations like Munnar, Thekkady, and Theni, with taxi services available if needed. Overall, this resort offers a clean, safe, family-friendly environment that provides great value for money. Foreign nationals will especially appreciate the tranquil and beautiful surroundings. I highly recommend staying here!

Good location

Food. Not upto the mark

The room offered perfect mountain views and weather (visited in Dec), and the grounds were very well maintained. The room was clean, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection was very good.

location was not easily accessible from Munnar, Anachal, or the nearby towns, hiking trails and main attractions such as tea plantations, eravikulam national park, chokramudi peak.

Breakfast was average. Just a few options. They had good amenities to keep you engaged and entertained.

Restaurant could is average and could be better.
