There were NO HOT WATER- that’s crazy. If you want to wash yourself in a pot- that’s perfect place for you

Purtroppo caldaia in blocco , niente acqua calda, manopola regolazione acqua calda vasca/doccia rotta ( quindi anche se la caldaia avesse funzionato niente doccia calda….) e acqua che usciva da sotto la vasca rischiando di allagare pavimento… manca manutenzione proprio basilare….restando due notti alla fine non c’è stato intervento per risolvere il problema.

отличное расположение, но это как и плюс этого жилья, так и минус, так как всю ночь очень шумно с улицы, приходилось засыпать в наушниках. жилье очень стильное, балкон к сожалению не соответствует фото, но в целом проживание оставило положительно впечатление.

запах кошачьей мочи хозяйка явно пытается убрать за счет диффузоров, но к сожалению, запах все равно есть, тут она не может ничего сделать. но как и писали предыдущие жильцы ванна протекает, у меня не было 1,5 дня горячей воды, так как предыдущие жильцы сломали кран, и мне приходилось мытья из ковша. хозяйка была все время на связи и пыталась решить вопрос, но это большой минус, решите уже этот вопрос с ванной.

Nice view from the terrace

We had issues with warm water, and a leaking bathtub. Also the stairs leading to the apartment smelled a bit, because some neighbors are leaving old fruit outside when it's hot? Nevertheless, the host was responsive and tried to fix the issues.

Amazing location! Really close to the bars and centre of Bucharest.

The balcony had been quite badly damaged and did not look like the photos.
