J-House, 4 Apartments with balconies, NO kitchen, Thalassa 1min away

Please is very much horrible please don’t visit

Honestly except for the price nothing was there to like.

We tried to stay at J house on 20th August 2025 and had to leave the property with 20 mins. The pictures and reality of the property are completely different. The room although big, was filthy and unhygienic. The furniture and appliances available in the property is also unusable and simply a wreckage. They didn't even clean the garbage bin beforehand. The entrance of the property is totally filthy and in horrible state. The entire house smells, wifi was pathetic. The property looks deserted and and very poorly maintained. The good reviews available on various platforms is manipulated by the property owner, as he keeps on asking for 5 star review on every question or requests made. The location of the property is also very interior and far from any major attractions.

The room was okay.

they allotted a room with a shared kitchen and the entrance was also shared, i kept my beer inside the fridge and when I went back to my room another person had taken my beer it was 12 AM. His room was locked so didn't inform and at 3 AM they came and started knocking the main door. full room vibrating i was scared and they started shouting why i didn't open the door? it was really disappointing. when i took the room the caretaker said they also had a key. i don't know if i was working as a caretaker there for opening the door at 3 am for my neighbour. that situation was like i should call the police. full night i was in tension.
