DEAmazing vegetarian evening buffet, amazing cakes, (breakfast menue could have had some more vegan options compared to dinner), great value for price. Lovely garden around the property, great location close to Asnen lake and national park. Clean and lovely property, facilitys are a bit improvised here and there which for us wasn't a problem
SENicely kept large villa with full included breakfast and veggie buffet that was tasty/spicy and large for the BnB size. Separate pastry-shelf looked tempting too but I didn't try. Minimalist attic accommodation reflecting the price, with plenty of shelf- and hanger space. Soft bed, but fresh and stiff enough for my 90+ kg to be very comfortable. Power splitter in the room and a spare fan in the shared area outside it. Second floor access to (one) shared shower, toilet (also on floor 1) and basic kitchen facilities. No shower queue during my stay, possibly just luck. Serving on both the front side veranda and the backside garden. Big dining room and two second floor lounges, including a spacious room with a semi-panorama lake view. Idyllic surroundings including a botanical garden and circling buzzards, paired with a friendly and highly accommodating staff.
Just some details. I would have liked a full-grain dark bread on the breakfast buffet, and most of the many outdoors seating arrangements were exposed to the mid-day sun.
