RentForComfort Apartment Ella 2

The apartment is good size, very clean and quiet , everything is new. Has all the facilities and everything I could wish for, Easy to access, great parking place in front of the entrance.

The only personal thing I wish was more darkness in the morning in the bedroom. I went to Brasov for a dancing festival and wish I would woke up later but the sun rise on the window of the bedroom so better curtains would be amazing for those who are not morning persons.

The apartment was clean and had all the amenities (except consumables). Nicely furnished.

Very poor communication with staff! I requested company invoice before booking and they did not issue one, and let me know only after checkout that they are not able to issue one because the owner of the apartment is actually an individual person. Shower gel, shampoo and toilet paper available only for one day and my booking was for one week. They charged me 2 x cleaning fee because I booked an extra night and when I requested a refund they simple said it is not possible. Bedroom a bit noisy because of apartment location in the building (it's a corner, so bedroom windows were facing in the neighbours' balcony) so I had to keep the windows closed. No AC in the apartment. There was a washing machine, but no detergent or pods provided. Fridge door was not closing properly, needs fixing.

We really liked the hosts; they were understanding of our situation and fulfilled our additional request. The apartment was very clean. They respond to all inquiries very quickly. The location is good. The apartment has a nice renovation.
